Justin Seibert’s search engine marketing experience and success as a digital marketing expert can be traced back to 2001 when he transformed a Los Angeles-based financial firm’s internet marketing division into a multi-million-dollar revenue generator.

Today, Justin serves as President of Direct Online Marketing, a company he founded in 2006 with the ambition of creating the same kind of growth for businesses all over the world. His transparent approach to client services has helped DOM gain its status as a top 200 Premier Google Partner.

Justin’s marketing expertise is evidenced by numerous accreditations, awards, and international speaking opportunities. In 2011, Hanapin Marketing named him a top 25 most influential PPC expert. A few years later, the West Virginia Small Business Administration named him the 2015 Entrepreneurial Success of the Year. Then in 2017, he was named West Virginia Exporter of the Year.

His long-term approach to digital advertising means that DOM does not require contracts from its clients. Instead, the agency relies on the merits of its successes as incentive for retention. DOM’s client retention rate stands at over 85%, a testament to the agency’s disciplined business model.

Digital marketing events around the world often feature Justin as an expert speaker. He uses his platform to help businesses grow confidently online. He’s presented lectures at a number of universities and has been featured in newspapers and magazines from Argentina to Romania.

Justin received his Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University and also studied for a semester at Murdoch University in Perth, Australia. He and his amazing wife Kristin have two daughters and a son together.*

* Their oldest child saw this listing and asked that it be changed to say they “have a fantastic daughter and two other children who are unimportant.” Justin is just shocked any of his children looked up his bio page.

Every successful company has that one person who understands the intricate details of the company’s processes, no matter how complex or evolved those affairs may be. For DOM, that person is Director of Operations, Nikki Powley.

Nikki is a strategic thinker with well-rounded knowledge of PPC advertising, organic search, project management, and client services. This experience allows her to navigate the labyrinth of ongoing business initiatives at a dynamic ad agency. Nikki began her DOM journey in the trenches of our digital advertising department, so she understands what our clients need; she knows what it’s like to dig into the nitty-gritty of advertising strategy.

Nikki scrutinizes every DOM protocol and process with the end goal of making clients ecstatic. And no detail is too small to examine; everything is on the table. She’s determined to ensure that DOM continues its track record of high client retention. As always at DOM, there are no long-term contracts, so clients can cancel whenever they like. But most stick around for the long haul.

Nikki oversees DOM’s hiring process, where we compete in the greater Pittsburgh area’s highly competitive technology market. To succeed for our clients, DOM must continually bring in the best talent.

Nikki’s robust contribution to DOM’s tech talent acquisition begins and ends with her foundational understanding of every DOM digital marketing service. She doesn’t focus on recruiting people competent in just one area, but rather those who will contribute across multiple DOM capacities.

Anyone who works with Nikki will tell you she’s dependable, almost to a fault. When a team member or client needs assistance, day or night, Nikki makes herself available.

A Point Park alum, Nikki splits her work days between Wheeling and Pittsburgh. In her spare time, Nikki enjoys exploring craft breweries with her husband and spending time with her son, Connor.

When the search engines need to be optimized, DOM calls on its crack team of SEO wizards, led by Jason’s able guidance. He makes the important, high-level strategic decisions that a nimble SEO department needs, but he’s also not afraid to get his hands in the code and help, for instance, optimize a store listing for one of DOM’s retail clients.

If you want to level up your SERP rankings, increase the efficacy of your online store, or just about anything else under the broad umbrella of digital marketing, Jason leads DOM’s client services team with a dedication to details and an eye on the bigger picture. He’s passionate about data-driven marketing and helping businesses grow.

Jason has worked in the industry for 10 years, most recently as the Marketing Director for USA Pan, a retail bakeware manufacturer. Jason was responsible for branding, business development, digital marketing, and oversaw the growth of key accounts. Prior to that, Jason was an assistant director of admissions for the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and as worked as a digital marketer for Market Platform Dynamics, a B2B marketing firm.

Fun fact: Jason met his wife at the age of 12 at their all-county orchestra. Jason played the violin and piano growing up, though these days the only keyboard he hammers on is the QWERTY kind.

As a Sr. Client Success Manager, Jordyn is the liaison between her clients and the internal DOM team. She manages our client relationships in all facets to ensure we are delivering top-notch marketing strategies and acting as a partner to our clients.

Jordyn is a graduate of Kent State University, where she studied Business Management and Entrepreneurship. That wasn’t enough education for Jordyn–she went on to get her MBA in Project Management at Robert Morris University.

Jordyn’s previous work experience included managing 25 clients for a marketing firm, shepherding hundreds of design projects, and the successful development of dozens of websites and apps. That ability to juggle lots of different projects with different needs in the ever-shifting landscape of a complex marketing ecosystem makes Jordyn a perfect fit for DOM.

When Jordyn isn’t juggling for DOM, she’s pretty busy traveling (over 15 countries so far, including a stint studying abroad in Florence, Italy). Or you might catch her at a farmer’s market where she is always on the lookout for new ingredients for her culinary experimentations. If you’re really lucky, you might get to meet Noel or Romeo (a peekapoo and a shitzu, respectively).

We couldn’t let Jordyn get away without asking her about her role here at DOM:

“I love being a Client Success Manager! One of my favorite parts of the role is building relationships with our partners and learning about their vision and goals.”

Matt Merlino is the Digital Design Lead at DOM. While his specialization lies in digital graphic design, he has nearly a decade of experience helping companies turn artistic dreams into well-rounded, award-winning creative assets ranging from corporate identity, social media, and motion graphics to UI/UX, video production and editing, and photography. If a project falls in the creative wheelhouse, there’s a high likelihood that Matt has experience with it.

His career started after graduating from Robert Morris University with a Bachelor’s degree in Media Arts/Graphic Design. Matt’s prior work experience includes creative leadership in multiple agency settings, leading international design teams both large and small: and spearheading thousands of design projects in the advertising, local news, and higher-education industries.

Matt is a true Yinzer at heart. He prefers fries on his sandwiches, owns too many Terrible Towels, and finds Hunt’s ketchup repulsive. Matt couldn’t be more proud to bleed black and gold.

Matt is a also Disney nerd (he previously produced a podcast on the topic, and even interviewed the voice actor who brings Mickey Mouse to life). The House of Mouse has been a major source of inspiration in his creative journey for as long as he can remember, and Matt strives to replicate the company’s world-class attention to detail that has always been held on the highest pedestal – especially in their theme parks – as often as possible in his everyday work.

We asked Matt what he loves about working in the creative field:

“I enjoy analyzing data to influence design decisions and tell stories that viewers may struggle to comprehend without visual assistance. I love the challenge of making every creative decision and deliverable purposeful — diving into the why behind every design — with the intent to drive results for both our team and our clients.”
